Recently started getting error: no such disk. Grub rescue> now I've looked into it and I don't have Linux installed at all just Windows 7 and now Windows 8. 1 because I thought it would fix the problem it didn't. some times my computer will boot most times it won't when it does boot I get a bios error saying things have been reset or something like that. My system is as follows
mobo ASUS M5A97
Cpu AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 8-Core 3.1GHz
Ram G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB ddr3 240 1866
GPU evga GeForce gtx 650
Hdd 1 sea gate 1000 gig barracuda sata
Hdd 1 Seagate 400 gig barracuda ide
The ide drive is run using a GWC AD3300 Serial ATA to IDE Converter but I still get the error if I unplug that drive and only use the sata one
