I just bought all the PC parts I needed, they didnt arrive yet tho. Im just wondering If I should even try building it myself (being a complete noob and never done it before). Do you think I could accidentally destroy a part by mistake or not?

Considering the parts aren't made out of paper, no it is quite hard to 'break them'. But I would recommend you do these following things

Ground yourself to the floor so a static electricity shock cannot occur and damage your components ( e.g. motherboard etc.) You can do this by laying the motherboard on the box that it came in, and slotting in your parts on that, also, you should be barefoot while building, only if you have a wooden floor/floorboard, this recues the risk of you building up charge of static electricity, try your best not to build on carpets as they can generate static and can damage your hardware. If you only have carpets in your house, you can buy a anti static wrist strap, which is like 2 dollars, you attach this to your wrist and the other end to your case, ensuring that any electricity is gone from your body, or just attach it to your leg and let the other end touch the floor.

yes, this is because if any static electricity builds up inside your body, instead of going to your hardware, it will go straight through your foot and into the ground, but if you want to be extra safe, it doesn't hurt to touch your case once in a while as that will discharge the current as well

If you are reasonably prudent you have littls chance of damage.
Parts are keyed to only fit one way, do not force anything.
Handle parts byt the edges, not the electrical contacts.
Touch the case to ground yourself from time to time.
Most importantly, take the time NOW to download the motherboard and case manuals. Read them cover to cover/
