Hello, I recently built my own gaming computer which has so far been excellent. Lately, however, I've noticed that a problem has occurred when playing games. At random times, my FPS will drop from around 30 to around 5 for a second or two and then return back to around 30 again. My CPU temperature when I'm gaming is around 50C and my GPU temperature around 45C. These are my computer specifications.

GeForce GTX 750 Ti
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
8.00 GB RAM (7.96 GB usable)
1680 x 1050, 59Hz
Microsoft Windows 81. Pro
Asrock 970 Extreme4

ARMA games are infamously CPU intensive. However, try turning off V-Sync and see if that helps the issue. Also, try turning down your rendering distance. ARMA renders massive distances anyway, so you shouldn't need to kill your CPU by telling it to render even half as far as ARMA's maximum value.

V-Sync has always been off and my render distance is like 2000.

2000 is still pretty far. Keep your settings closer to the normal preset. That'll keep you at a smoother frame rate, and set your render distance to 1600 which is still a very decent rendering distance.
