Unfortunately your motherboard cannot overclock the CPU, as you may already be aware of. Overclocking the CPU requires you to be able to alter the clock multiplier; in order to do so, you need a Z87 chipset motherboard at minimum (a Z97 will also be compatible). Unfortunately your motherboard, the B85 cannot overclock the CPU, as I assume you are already aware.

Intel no longer use the Front Side Bus (FSB) to determine the frequency of your CPU or RAM; hence you cannot target the FSB to increase your CPU frequency. However you may be able to alter the BCLK (Base Clock) a tad, but as you've not found anything similar in your BIOS, perhaps your motherboard does not permit overclocking the BCLK either.

Overclocking the BCLK is NOT...

Overclocking the BCLK is NOT advised. You won't achieve much of an overclock, not even enough to notice a difference in performance. In addition overclocking the BCLK could corrupt your system (it can vary, it may damage your motherboard, HDD/SDD or other components) and prevent you from booting.

Apologies to state the above however with all that said, you should not attempt to overclock with your current motherboard.

All the best. :)

thans a lot :) also i wasnt aware that BCLK standed for basic clock that im sure i saw as an option at my bios but if it is as you say and i wont notice any difference at all then its better to stick with the current speeds and not to risk to damage any components at all
