Upgrading a 2008 build. PSU compatibility? Thoughts?

In 2008 I built my first computer (e8400, ddr2 ram, modest graphics card, etc.)
I want to refurbish this computer to do light gaming, website editing, and relatively light work.

I want to reuse these parts in my build

PSU: Corsair 650TX (650w)

Case: Antec P182

HDD: WD Black 640GB

I plan on purchasing these new parts to update the computer.

CPU: i3-4130

Motherboard: Gigabyte H97

SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 250gb

Graphics: R7 250x

I understand this is closer to a new build than it is to an update, but I mainly wanted to make sure that the PSU was adequate and get a little guidance before I pull the trigger.

Thanks!
