Is this good cooling for this high-end build?

Here's my build:
CPU: Intel core i7-4790k
GPU: Evga GeForce 780 Ti 3gb video card
PSU: SeaSonic 750w 80+ gold certified fully-modular ATX power supply
Memory: Crucial DDR3 Ballistix Sport 1866MHz 8GB
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250gb 2.5" Solid state drive
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM internal hard drive.
Case: NZXT Phantom black/orange ATX full tower case

My CPU cooler: Probably hyper evo 212.
My case fan choice: Cougar dual x 120mm and 140mm
Where I think I want to place them:
Two 120mm fans in the front blowing in.
One 140mm fan on the side and blowing in.
One 120mm fan on the rear and blowing out.
Two 120 or larger fans on the top and blowing out.

Will this be enough cooling for my PC? Is it a good case fan (I went with this because it has orange led light which is what I'm looking for) or should I choose another (hopefully orange as well). Are they placed right and is the amount good (should it be less or more?), etc. Thank you for the help :)

Solution
Looks good except the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO won't suffice for an overclocked i7-4790K. Maybe a very small overclock, but it won't last long.

Nzxt have great cooling with their cases- the fans and 212 evo will be enough to withstain some OCing and will run decent temps as is- personally i recommend an nzxt h440 case there not cheap but theyre great for custom builds and cooling. The fan placement is good too. If you did wana look at water cooling then a h80i or nzxt kraken will drop a few degrees

Ok, what would you recommend instead then that's hopefully around the same price point? :)

Nope; not at the same price point. You'll have to go up a few tiers. But see how far you get with the EVO. If it's sufficient, then no need to change it. If not, then worry about it at that time. :)
