Asus maximus vii ranger with devil's canyon

Hey guys I am making a new rig and I will get the i5 4690k cpu. Is asus maximus vii ranger ready for this cpu or is any bios upgrade needed? Also, if I must update my bios is there any way to do it without booting cause I don't have any other cpu available.

I buyed maximus ranger 7 z97 with i5 4690. Today i buyed usb wifi tplink archer t4u. i'm updating almost everything windows, internet, asus software
At the moment my mobo installed bios version is 0707 and i can update to 1104...

but i read many sites some won't update it some not, I personnaly will not update my bios... Im happy with 0707 version...
I have asus maximus ranger 7 z97 with i5 4690 and asus gtx 750 ti 2gb. wd 500gb black, corsair pro 2x4 1600mhz, corsair vs 550 watt. coolermaster k380 and asus dvd rom for 15 euro

I updated my motherboard. from 0707 to 3030. 17/06/2016 the time of being updated.

asus maximus ranger 7 z97
i5 4690 asus gtx 750 ti.
corsair pro 2x4 1600mhz,
corsair vs 550 watt
