Just go into System Settings -> Driver Manager and let Mint do the installing for you.

Most likely, the drivers on the CD are Windows drivers. You can go to AMD's website and manually download/install them but I'd just let mint do it for you with their driver manager.

Oh okay thanks! do you think ill have any combatiabilty issue with my pc parts with linux?and will i need internet to use linux driver manager cause as of right now i have no way to connect to the internet. I do have an asus pce-n53 pci-adapter dualband wirless-n600 but its says windows 8 compatible on box so i dont know if it will work on linux or even if the drivers will work sence most likely the drivers on the cd are meant for windows as well.

Generally everything works right out of the box with Linux, especially with newer hardware. Even graphics cards "work" out of the box, they just won't be using the ideal driver from the manufacturer. I don't think distributions can bundle the AMD's proprietary drivers out of the box, so you have to install them yourself.

You will have to have an internet connection to use the driver manager. I'd be willing to bet your wireless adapter will work when you plug it in. I haven't every had to install any additional drivers other than my graphics card, including my TV tuner, they were all already built in.

You can download them directly from AMD's website, it's just takes a little more work to install. Frankly, I think there is plenty of room for improvement in the graphics driver installation front. If you choose this method, just follow any instructions on AMD's website for installing them.
