"The most common cause of a clicking hard drive is when the drive heads are hitting an internal head stop. This is often called the click of death. This could also be due to a faulty circuit board on the hard drive. If it's clicking it either does, or soon will, need to be replaced"

If possible, back up all your important data now and get a replacement hard drive. It will fail, it's just a question of when. It will also continue to cause errors and crashes.

yes so I have been hearing clicking sounds and so do I need to buy a new hardrive

Does it boot at all, like even to the post screen. Can you get into the BIOS at all? If not, try removing the hard drive and then see if you are able to boot to the post screen and go into BIOS. It's very likely that it's the hard drive but there are a couple of confirmation steps to take if possible I'd like you to try before assuming 100% that it's the hard drive. So, can you boot to the post screen. Does the error you are getting occur only after POST when the computer tries to start loading into windows?
