so i just got all my parts and was going to try them out i put everything together, it turned on but i couldnt get to the bios, only a black screen, i tried changing the ram to different slot, seing if there are any bent pins on the mobo/cpu, tried both with onboard video and vdeo card. i also tried to to use the em ok button but i couldnt hold it for 3 seconds as instructed since the pc immediately restarts. i also removed the cmos baterry to reset the bios, also with no results .
any idea how i could fix this or what is broken?

kingston ddr3 1300mhz
corsair rm 650
