Hi Friends
This may not be the best question. But I am worried about resetting my router. I having the past been able to access my router thru windows icons and up and down my firewall and settings etc
Bu I hit an icon on the router page and I am now locked out . The router does not recognize me and asks for a username password. The defaults will not work.
the manufacture says the only way to gain access is to hard reset with the button on the back which will reset all my settings and drop my net talk internet phone
My worry is that I will not be able to gain access back to the internet and I will have to call the Phone company ISP.
Is this true?
