Hello Tom's Hardware, please help! I will give as much info as possible. I'm not very knowledgeable on this sort of thing, and anything I do know is through my last week or so of googling. This is my 2nd ever full build PC, and I am BSOD ONLY when watching youtube video's with hardware acceleration enabled, or streaming using OpenBroadCaster (OBS). I can replicate my problem with ease, I can get around it by turning off hardware acceleration and there is no issue (with youtube videos). The problem presented itself on the first day of my build, so I can't say which drivers I installed could have caused this. The computer is several weeks old now.
I don't know how to get around my problem for streaming with OBS though, which is why I need your help please. This problem does NOT present itself when in safe mode with networking (Is hardware acceleration enabled in safe mode?), if this helps at all. Because I would rather have figured the problem out myself, I did some googling and installed debugging for windows, and I will post what I have below. Forgive me if it's not formatted properly, never done this before - The symbols thing was confusing to me.
My specs are:
PNY XLR8 SSD 120gb
Corsair GS600 600w PSU
i5-4690 (not k, not overclocked)
gigabyte ga-z79x-ud3h z97 motherboard
patriot viper xtreme 8gb (single stick)
windows 7
asus hd7700 GPU (only non brand new item, from my old computer that did NOT have this issue).
I have ruled out (or so I believe)
Overheating: cpu idles at ~26, load 60-70.
memory: memtest 10 passes overnight successful
my CPU I ran prime95 for about 10 minutes, and after 10 my cpu temp shot to 85 and i quickly stopped it...I'm not sure how hot the intel chips should run and I got scared =/ However, every blue screen my GPU/CPU temperatures are in what I would consider normal (~60c/40c respectively).
My GPU ran completely fine in my last build. However, I think it may be why I'm bluescreening. From what I googled, stop code x124 is hardware related, but seeing as the BSOD is so specific to a certain task it leads me to believe software of some sort (please correct me if I'm wrong). I have installed ati drivers, used display driver cleaner (forget exact name) to remove them, install the beta drivers etc. Just tried a bunch of different drivers, and no luck.
So, here is 1 of my dump files. Not sure what to copy paste, so here's the entire thing. Please let me know if this is done correctly or something needs to be changed, and thanks for the help.

EDIT1: The timescale of the BSOD is usually within 5 seconds - 10 minutes of watching the
youtube video. My BIOS is the one that came on the CD.
EDIT2: the only reason i have the ntoskrnl.exe is because I did use bluescreenview as well.
