Hi,

I have two Fiber internet lines ( FTTH ) one is [1] 100mbps/20mbps (download/upload respectivly) and the other is [2] 20mbps/1mbps. Both of them in the same house, connected to the same source and use the same modems (HG8245T), from the same ISP (STC.com.sa) . The only difference is the speed.

The issue I have is that when connecting using [2], I tried to ping google.com and the resulting ping was around~70. and when I ping a server from UAE, DUBAI (which is next to KSA where I live) the ping is reasonably around 40's.

However, when using line [1].. pinging Google.com I get 70ms of delay.. the same as [2]'s..but when trying to ping the same Server from Dubai the ping is around 140!! which is too high for gaming.

Why is it 50 using [2] and 140 using [1] ?

I can't use [2] because it's downstairs and I game upstairs..

Btw, I used 2 PC's to test each one and one laptop using wireless .. and the results were the same..!
The modem settings in both are the same..
IP's begin with 94.96 for [2] and 94.98 [1]
did millions of restarts and did thousands of researches but no luck..

Ping and speed are completely fine on other servers across Europe and Russia where I usually play BF4. But when ever I try to play CSGO on UAE servers I get such high ping .. I don't think it's a problem with cables..
