Hi this is my first time here so i apologize for my poor english and for braking any protocols...
I have a SAPPHIRE HD 7790 1GB GDDR5 DUAL-X OC
The problem is that the PCIe speed variates between x16 2.0 and x16 1.1 causing tremendous lag amounts when it should be constantly working at x16 3.0
I've changed the computers motherboard, format the hard drive, update the bios, installed many drivers and such and i still have the same problem...
Any help will be super appreciated!!!
