Planning a 'Black and Gold' 2011 build, advice welcome.

Hi there. I decided that when I built a system, I wanted it to look different to most builds (that is, red and black ROG). This decision brought me towards the theme of 'Black and Gold'.

I have a large budget of $5000 AUD to piece together a beautiful build with a mid to high end W/C loop. My main aim for this system is as simple as 'form before function'. I want this thing to be a showpiece. I have a few friends who are helping me build it (this will be my first build) and I am planning to add hints of golden carbon fiber in places that need it. I am using black Primochill hardline tubing just for the fun of it. My only problem is managing to fit it all in to the budget of $5000 with minimal compromise.

My set-in-stone parts are as follows:

CPU: Either a i7 4820K or a i7 4930K, depending on budgetary restraints.
(I'd just like to point out why I am going with 2011. 1) The new Z97 ASUS 'understated gold' motherboard doesn't go well with other components with gold in my build. 2) I have heard from others that 2011 is better for computational tasks such as Adobe CS. I do a fair bit of Adobe After Effects projects as well as video rendering.)

Mobo: ASUS X79 Deluxe. This Motherboard is the showpiece. I chose it because It supports 3 way SLI, and I would probably never go farther than that. 4-way is for either extreme savers or extremists with loads of money.

GPU: I don't have any specifics here but I'm a green team. I want to game, not cook an egg on my toasty GPU's. Also, Dual SLI.

Storage: I'm gonna blow it out of the park here and use a 1TB Samsung 840 EVO SSD. Why? Because I have $5K to blow, and removing all the HDD cages adds room for beefy rads.

PSU: Corsair RM1000. Cheap. Yellow. Modular. Silent. Yay.

Case Fans: Corsair Static Pressure Quiet Edition 120MM. I chose these because I'm gonna take the plastic rings and paint them metallic gold somehow.

Case: Corsair 760T. I did say 'Showpiece', didn't I? Plus I might dissassemble it before I start and paint some gold on it here and there.

Now for the bottom line: The reason I've come to the Tom's Hardware community with this is because of my lack of knowledge on a good W/C loop. I have no idea which parts to buy and how to get a good value with my money. So I'd appreciate some advice on what to buy.

Thanks!

Well with that amount of budget I would go a custom water cooling loop. I beleive alot of companies sell like a kit of all the parts you need and you can put it together yourself. I would recommend a swiftech pump as well.

Good luck on your build, I would say more about the water cooling loop but I'm not entirely sure if I'm correct either. So Ill be looking on to what others say too.
