I started getting frame drops on every game the past few weeks, I would like to know if my gpu is bad or my psu or my mb its hard to know. I thought i was getting a background application that was causing it but it turns out that its actually not because i even installed windows again. The gpu usage is dropping. My temps for everything are well below the recommended. cpu on 45C and gpu around the 57C, 60C all on load.
Windows 8.1
AMD FX 8320
Asrock 970 Extreme 3
MSI GTX 760 Gaming
8GB Crucial ballistix RAM 1333mhz
1TB WD Blue HDD
Corsair CX600M
Hyper 212 Evo.
I really need help today i was playing bf4 and i was getting average 70fps on high with stutters but after it just drop constantly to the 50s 40s 30s etc. It has been good until a few weeks ago. Please help me kind people, i dont know what to do. Everything is plugged in well. I really need help. Please.

well I am not trying to overclock or anything and how do I check the 12v , 5v and 3.3v?
Temps according to hwmonitor is getting 45C when playing I'll go ahead and do more testing on that, gpu never going above 60C.

12V im getting 12.038
5v = 5.136
3.3v = 3.328

cpu temp on bios is 44.0C
M/B Temp is on 37.0C

OK - Vcore of 1.325 for a FX8320 is OK. This means your cpu cooler isn't doing it's job. It should be running at say 35C or less.

Blow out your case - especially fans, filters and coolers. Bump up your cpu fan speed to 1500rpm. See what the temp is then

If it's still high, re-seat the cooler. Power off. Remove the cooler fan and cooler. Clean the old thermal paste off the top of the cpu and base of the cooler with isopropyl alcohol. Put a pea size drop of new Artcic Silver 5 thermal paste on the cpu. Re-assemble the cooler and fan. Reconnect the fan to the cpu fan header on the motherboard. See what the temp is then.

If it's still not less than 35C then think about getting a custom cooler eg Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo or better.

well the cpu is not the problem in my opinion, Im getting gpu usage drops but not processor and i just did that recently and the temps never go lower then 41 on the mobo. Its well seated and i just blew my gpu fan and cpu fan, but the psu one i need to do, every other fan is clean. I had a different mobo before and the temps never went below 41 either. but the when i go to windows it says its at 20c idle. mb temp never goes below either they have stayed relatively the same.

i have a question, i saw on msi afterburner my usage drops but everything else stays the same way. The core clock stays the same but then the usage got lower but the core is still same clockspeed. What could that be windows? drivers are wrong? or an actual hardware problem.

the temps are still the same but they are safe according to many sites the cpu can not go above 62C which im not close to that, i think it was malware or virus that somehow did not let my gpu usage go to 100% and it used to just drop a lot. Temps have never been a problem, i even ask on another forum and they said that these are safe temps
