I'm using windows 8.1 pro 64bit with Asus 7770 GHz edition graphics card.
From last week screen resolution is changed automatically during boot time. I had uninstalled and reinstalled the latest available driver from amd site, but no luck, does anyone has a solution for this problem??

Solution
Does your monitor have a replaceable cable? Check all the pins and sockets at both ends. Sometimes one of them will get bent or get a piece of something in between the pins that shorts it out. Try using a different cable. I've had cables fail before. After that, maybe try a different monitor. It wouldn't be the strangest thing in the world to see a monitor fail and cause all kinds of issues.
If you are using the catalyst control center you might try going into catalyst control center and either on the "my vga displays" or the "my flat panel displays" tab depending on your display and cabling, uncheck "use extended display identification data" for any monitors that show up. Then go into the desktop properties tab and make sure your resolution and refresh rate are correctly set where you want it and reboot to see what happens. If it doesn't change anything go back in and change it back. Let us know.
