Can any body help me to build up a new PC?

Heres are my decided components:
1) CPU: i7-4770k
2) M/B: Gigabyte Z97X-SLI
3) GPU: Leadtek GTX 770
4) HDD: WD Caviar Black 500GB
5) SSD: Kingston HyperX® 3K SSD 120GB
6) RAM: G.SKILL DDR3 8GB SR 2133 (4GBx2)CL.9
7) PSU: Silverstone Essential 700W

I use it mainly for rendering 3D and game once a while.
Are they go well?? Or you can give me any advices.

thats a mighty fine build however i suggest the 4790k b/c it has better temps and alrdy at a stock clock of 4.0ghz vs 3.5 ghz and it is the same price!! and i would swap the ssd for a samsung 840 evo 120gb.
