looking for low budget psu

hi,i need a advice on psu,i have the following pc compnents.
1.AMD fx 6300 processor
2.corsair vengeance (2x4) RAM
3.GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
4.WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive
5.Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU (is this PSU good?). PLEASE HELP ME

That PSU is more than enough. Why do you wanted to upgrade? Someone told you otherwise?

HD 5450 doesn't consume much power. The PSU will not be under stress. Add a GTX 770 and run Unigine Heaven and record a video.
