My board is a MSI Z77-g45. I recently installed a new CPU cooler, the Thermaltake Water 2.0 Performer. While setting the CPU Smart Fan in BIOS, I notice that the lower min. RPM I set, the faster my CPU fans spin.
In MSI Control Center, I find that the other two system fans (set to auto) act the opposite and just what I expect them to - the lower the min. RPM (say from 50% to 12.5%), the slower the fans spin.
BIOS is up-to-date. Really hoping someone can enlighten me on fixing my CPU fan settings. Would really appreciate it, thanks.
