So recently I just finished assembling my computer. There are 4 frontal USB port on this case. 2 of them are USB 2.0 and the other two are 3.0 . There is only one USB wire thats connected on my motherboard.

I don't know if I missed a wire or something but only the usb 3.0 are working while 2.0 arent. I don't even know if usb 3.0 are giving me the speed of a 3.0 version usb(does that make sense?). So out of 4 usb ports on the case in the front only two are working.

Solution
Refer to your motherboard specs/manual if it has a USB 2.0 header listed in its internal I/O connectors and where it is located on the motherboard.

The Phantom 410 has a front USB 2.0 connector that you plug in to the USB 2.0 header on the motherboard (usually has a label).
It looks like the one at this video ~4:48 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTY4fD6cHss
