iam trying to delete a file...im doing that but it is not getting deleted saying it is being used...bt i checked the task manager..i didnt get any app using that file....what should i do now?

maybe download and install process explore and do a find on the .dll file to see what process has it open?

Try deleting in Safe Mode, less processes running.
