$650 budget gaming pc

Hello, I have a budget of $650 to spend on a gaming pc and I was wondering what a good build might be with that kind of budget or should I just buy the computer in the link below? I want to be able to play games like the elder scrolls online with no problems. I also need a keyboard and mouse so if you guys could help me get all these with this budget then that would be great!
