Hello everybody,

To start with I am new on this forum and this is my first post.
I will now explain what i want to do: I have 2 computers, from which one is connected to an Ethernet connection. What I would like to do is to share that Ethernet over to my other computer by an USB-USB cable (with the chip in it).
I have looked up on it about everywhere I could but can't find anything, people don't seem to do this it looks like.
From the stuff that i have found, there was written that you should check the box that you can share your internet with other computers but it didn't change anything. I don't seem to find any parameters from the usb usb cable to "share computer's network" or anything like that.

I would appreciate your help,

Passi

Solution
if you have a cable or dsl modem going to one pc and both of them are next to each other. then pick up a 4 port switch.
plug the switch in after the cable modem or dsl. then plug both pc into the switch.
