Don't plan on over clocking, using for gaming, everything seem good? Originally wanted to be sub $1200, so I'd rather keep it at what it's at now.

You did just fine but if i were you i would save a little money and get a smaller psu you dont need anywhere near 750 watts i would get a 550 or 650 watt psu maybe a seasonic g series 550 or a xfx 650 both are made by seasonic who i trust more than EVGA when it comes to power supply's.
