well, you'd be looking at 2nd or 3rd gen intel i-series processors( plus Celeron & Pentium). It could run u between 50-350 USD. Look at upgrading the ram to 8GBs and make sure your hard drive is up to date. Try to get an unlocked processor, so you can overclock if need be. Try to get an i5 if possible, if not an i3 will be good be be careful with the clelerons and pentium chips. I'm afraid i can't really help you beyond that, being from the U.S.A, i m not familiar with that currency. but, research before u buy with cpuboss.com, so u can find the best processor for your money. :)

Since you have a motherboard that only supports Intel processors, you have to look at some i5 processors.
Whereas for the GPU, I'm suggesting GTX 750 Ti.

I c I don't have much knowledge about all this, my budget is also tight. How about below configuration :

Sapphire hd 7770.
AMD FX 4300.
Gigabyte Ga 78LMT S2.
Corsair vs550 PSU.
4gb ram and 500 GB hard disk.

Will this be good for at least 1.5 years with medium settings?

If you want to go the AMD direction , u will have to swap out the motherboard for something like the asus (AM3+) listed below (1). On the plus side , you would get a few usb 3.0 ports. Also, for an additional $10.00 over the price of the FX4300 quad core (2), you can get a FX 6300 hex-core CPU(3). But, it sounds like your mother board is still alive and kicking, so an intel is less hassle and has more reliability, its just a bit more expensive for the same core count and Cache.

Long story short: AMD= New motherboard and reasonably priced processor VS Intel= New pricey processor , but same old motherboard. Hope i could help:)
