I will go with this build with some changes
http://www.digit.in/pc-components/build-the-ideal-gaming-pc-for-rs-70-000-20574.html
CPU will be i5 4690/70 K. NO point buying an i7 for gaming. 4670K is 16500/-.
PSU will be Seasonic s12II 620 watt(6000). Never use a Corsair VS in mid range build.
For case you can use Corsair carbide Spec 02 or 03. (3700/-)
This will cost you around 62000/-. So if you want, you can get a GTX 770 with the leftover money. :).

You can't overclock on that board, get a z87 mobo

As stated above, an i7 is a waste of money if this is purely a gaming rig

If you go for an i5, you could probably get a gtx 770 or R9 280x

Why not get a devils canyon i7 with a z97 mobo ?, they should be around the same price as the ivy bridge but have updated thermals with a higher base clock so more overclocking headroom
