Is my system good enough for running (and recording at decent settings) the latest games?

Corsair Air Series AF120 120x120mm
G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 PC3-17000 16GB 2x8GB CL9
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0Ghz
MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr OC 2GB GDDR5
MSI Z97 Gaming 7
Nox Urano TX 850W

This build will be used for gaming, along with video editing, i will be using a 1920x1080 monitor

Everything looks great as I was reading down the list. And then I saw "Nox Urano TX 850W". Any chance of getting a better known PSU?

I think it should be fine, but it's not a known brand; so the quality of the power supply is up in question. Other than the PSU, everything looks great.

It should be with 250W overhead. According to Real Hard Tech it's not certified and there have been no reviews on it. I certainly wouldn't go overclocking anything with it.

Only use power supplies from tier 1, 2a or 2b http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html if you want to overclock.
