Depends on the board ram slot layout but really you can look your board up here http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=compatibility_gen&pr...
CPU will stay cool!

So, on the comments column, if its empty, I can fit the RAM without changing anything? And can I use the HyperX Fury RAM with this? because this RAM is not stated on the website....

You should be able to use any normal size ram like the fury where the heat spreader pretty much does not extend the top of the ram.

Tiny but mighty, Phenom Micro-ATX delivers an exceedingly flexible interior. Install dual graphics cards up to 320mm in length, or opt for a single graphics card and a slim 240mm water cooling radiator up top. Those who prefer air cooling will be pleased to see that tall CPU coolers up to 160mm can be mounted with no fuss. When it comes to hardware compatibility, Phenom-MATX is truly phenomenal.

NH-D14 Height (with fan)
160 mm

Will be tight if it does fit.

The better coolers are always right around 159mm to 160mm , it would be a tight fit for most.
