Best CPU Air Cooler/Heatsinks

Hey guys, im building a PC and im not sure on which cooler should I get. Im planning to get an air cooler to save some cash to get a better GPU. Im getting a i5 4690k and gonna OC. Do you guys have suggestions to which cooler to get which can keep an overclocked i5 cooled? I prefer silent but also can keep things cool.

You should be able to use any normal size ram like the fury where the heat spreader pretty much does not extend the top of the ram.

Correct, already reviewed http://www.tomshardware.com/news/noctua-nh-d15-cpu-cooler,26498.html and is already out http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd15 not really worth the more price though.

The better coolers are always right around 159mm to 160mm , it would be a tight fit for most.
