Which one of these graphic cards is worth to buy 1. Geforce gt 2GB gddr5 2. Radeon HD 6770 3. Radeon r7 250 2GB gddr5?

Hello guys, i m totally confused between choosing a graphic card among all three of these cards because i have just explored too many things about them like due to core speed Radeon r7 250 is good and due to memory bandwidth and speed Geforce 640 gddr5 is good and due to shader processing , rendering , texture rate Radeon HD 6770 is good. So i want to know which guys which one if them i should choose plzzzz help guys.
And my budget is around 6000 to 7000 rupees { 78$ to 90 $ i think so.}
my PC specs are intel i5 3340 3.1 GHz , 4GB Ram and 1TB HDD

Go with the R7 250. It's very similar to the 6770 but consumes much less power and should be cheaper. Don't even consider the gt 640, it's the slowest of the bunch

You should list your budget and specs so that we can maybe recommend better cards

Have you tried using GPU Boss ( http://gpuboss.com/ ) Its a good site to help for a side by side comparison, I'll have a closer look at the different GPU's later and get back to you.
