I 've had my computer for 6 months but 5 days ago I changed the hard drive (the last one failed), and when I installed Windows it started making this weird scratching noise. It makes is pretty much all the time, when the computer is not loading anything it makes it every 5-6 seconds but if it loads a programs it makes it constantly (as shown in the audio recording). Does it mean the hard drive is bad or is it just loud? Keep in mind that the in the recording it sounds very loud but in reality it's not louder than a normal mouse click.

I have a Lenovo Y510p.

Also sorry if I won't be able to respond if you answer in the next 1-2 hours of posting this, I have work right now.

Try to see if the HDD is secure in the HDD cage. I suggest that you secure it with screws.
Maybe you can return it and exchange for a different one.

I can't open the laptop, it's still in warranty.

You'll get all kinds of different responses on the issue of hard drive sounds, but the only way to be sure if it's a bad sign is to test it with the drive manufacturer's diagnostic software. The links are: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287

Note: if testing your Windows drive you must not test it with Windows-based software. You must use the DOS version which loads from a bootable CD.
