Alright today i got my EVGA GTX 660 Superclocked edition and i want help from you guys how to connect it to the motherboard. i currently have a GT 220 but that will soon change. The problem is that i don't have integrated graphics. i have the i7 920 CPU. i have searched how to connect new GPU most people are saying uninstall old graphics drivers first but if i do that, how will i install the new ones? i need answer asap

Solution
no on board graphics wont matter. boot into safe mode, uninstall your old drivers (gt220) the use a program like driver sweep or something similar to clear any remnants of the old driver. Once that is done reboot your PC with your new card installed and install the latest drivers.
