as mentioned above my cpu cant hold for long in high load.... first i thought it was psu which causes problems changed it wasted money for a crap psu and it didnt fix my problems then i thought it s gpu memory problem, i made a test for gpu memory no problems found after that i used heavyload program in 30 minutes cpu+gpu load test fps started around 3300 i left it ,came back and result test runtime 30 minutes fps 1900 (both of em not exact just arounds)
and i stressed only gpu for 30 minutes started 4400 fps i m still running the test now i see it s 40 minutes and still around 4400 fps
my max cpu temp was 62 i used x4 965 @3.6 in this test.
for more info and system details
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2216401/games-...
now the question is should i overclock my cpu or lower it s frequency ???.
or should i send it back for warranty ???
edit: 1 hours 20 minutes now and still 4400 fps stable gpu is doing allright.

You should change your cpu cooler or clean it / reseat it / replace thermal paste. This temperature is way too high for amd x4 965, it is max temperature by design, cpu can go further but will crash or turn the pc off. You should try to keep it below 55 at all times.

but when playing battlefield 3 it is 55 and still lags this seems more complicated than just heating problems in cpuworld it says maximum operating temp 55-62.

edit:but i ll still give it a go and test temps again thanks for answering first answer i got for 2 days.

Some games are more tasking on the cpu, that's why only some of them fail. I still stand by the claim that it is overheating, sir. Unless you change the cooler or check the current one, this likely won't be solved.

Slightly better, but very high still. Aftermarket cooler would drop this considerably.
