should i get the fx8320 for the upcoming 2 or 3 years or the i3 4130 ?

They mighten work out same price as you'd think the fx mobo and cooler is more expensive, concider a locked i5 eg 4460

i will get the mobo 990x for about 80 $ from a friend .. but what i am thinking is it is a 8 cores cpu vs 2 cors

If you'll use the cores then 8320 eg have lots running, play modern games more than old games, use multithreaded sw, overclock. If you plan to upgrade the intel socket could be better, its got better single thread perf and beats fx at old games, its not black and white with a simple answer, what will you be doing with the cpu?

i will use it for gaming on 1080 specially the new gen games

I would say 8320 although its a grey area and others might disagree, what is often overlooked esp in reviews is the normal guy usually has skype, live av sw, browser tabs, steam/origin etc etc open while gaming some even like to record, the 8 cores really help in these situations.
