My Pc won't shut down

Whenever i tell my pc to turn off it keeps the blue light on the case and the fans continue running, if left long enough the pc actually restarts. This problem has developed around the same time i installed a second SSD into the computer. IF i completely reset my computer the problem stops but after around a day it happens again. Any ideas?

Hold down shift when you click shut down and see if that helps.

If that works, you need to disable hybrid shutdown.
Open Power Options (either search with the start menu or look in control panel)
Click on "Choose what the power buttons do"
Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
Uncheck the box that says "Turn on fast startup"

I have no idea what causes this issue, but it happens on my 2730p when I install a certain driver.
