I previously had a Gaming PC with the following specs:
Graphics Card: Gtx 550 ti
Cpu: Amd Fx 6-core 6120
Operating System: Windows Home Premium.

My new PC has the following specs:
Graphics Card: Gtx 660 (overclocked by 78mhz)
Cpu: Amd 8-Core
Operating System: Windows 8
(This P.C runs all the games on my P.C at highest settings, some games include Battlefield 3 and 4)
The problem/test games are:
Scp Containment Breach:
http://www.scpcbgame.com/
(This Game runs on the Blitz3d engine if that means anything)

and Detonate: http://www.wildebeestgames.com/detonate.htm

On my older computer these both Ran fine on (FULLSCREEN) mode.
Now on my new PC i have to run these both in windowed mode to get at least 30fps.

Steps i have taken:
1. Re installed both games (no help)
2. ran program compatibility troubleshooter and set it to windows 7 on both (minor fps gain)
3. Removed Graphics drivers and re installed from safe mode.(no help)
4. Went to Nvidia Control Panel-Advance and changed game settings there(no help)

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated as this PC definitely should run this games fine.

Solution
