On fullscreen my video come hazyMy Graphics card model is Radeon 5450 2gb. Please help

I bought Radeon 5450 2Gb graphics card , now when I full screen the video It become pixelated,hazy. My Mother board is Asrock Extreme 6 series. Please help me.My SMPS is 600w cooler mater.

Three things to try:

1) Check that the display resolution is set to the native resolution of your monitor.
2) Try a new card-to-monitor signal cable.
3) Try lowering the refresh-rate in Display Properties > Advanced > Monitor tab
