Coolermaster HAF 912 Sounds Like A Lawn Mower?

Well, title says it all basically. I've just got my Coolermaster HAF 912 and 4 Coolermaster Sickleflow 120mm Blue LED fans. I also used the two included fans, one on the side panel, and one in the back. Apart from that, as soon as I turn on the computer there is a continuous vibrating noise, almost sounds like a lawn mower cutting grass like a neighbor, but it's actually just my computer. It's coming from the top mesh/grill part, where I have two of the sickleflows being exhaust fans. When I put my hands over it, the noise seems to dampen. I was wondering why this could be? I was going to buy some of them rubber case fan grommets but I want to try and pin point this before I go wasting money that I might not need too. Anyways, these fans are suppose to be silent, but I don't know if it's the fan, or the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated. System specs are in the signature! Thanks!

If you have some rubber bands laying around cut up a few pieces and place them in the corner of the fans and tighten them up. That's what i would do for the jobless route but probably the mesh is loose? is it possible to tighten it up?

It's not really a mesh, it's a metal grill, and no, apart from bending it I can't "tighten" it up. :/
