Hi,
I have recently built a PC, and when I was asking for advice, many people had said that my PSU was underpowered, but I went with it anyway. Now, everything is working fine and nothing is wrong. If my PSU was underpowered, would this happen? I can play many games, like Watch Dogs at high, and I have no power, and it is quiet. Is my PSU fine then?

Generally speaking, if your PSU really is being severely stressed by the load on it, that it's working for now doesn't really mean all that much. Winning your first round of Russian Roulette doesn't mean that you're fine the second time.

Without any real information, it's hard to give any kind of a specific answer. I don't know what your PSU is or what loads you're putting on it. But if your PSU is actually underpowered, you're simply rolling the dice here.

We need more information like system specs including the make and model of the PSU. If you are running the PSU close or over its limits it will shorten its life and if its a low quality unit then you are putting the system at risk of being damaged when it fails.
