Phillip i think this:it's there a difference between motherboard like graphic card gt 640 with motherboard VGA Point of View and gt640 with motherboard Gigabyte.....do you understand now?

no, there is no difference if u use different brands components to complete you pc build up !!
and every brand have there own pros and cons so Jose wisely !!



noo, different you can use different components with different brands if they are comparable with hardware supports !!

Hi Himanshu i think you don't understand what i mind that's my false:i think it's there a difference between motherboards(brands) for graphic card like this:Gt 640 motherboard Point of View and graphic card GT 640 Gigabyte(motherboard)...........Same graphic card but other brand

I think you are confused. The GT 640 is a video card(gpu) not a motherboard(the motherboard is what the cpu, ram, and video card all plug into). 2 video cards that use the same gpu(gt 640 in this case) will usually perform about the same if the specs are similar. There may be some performance differences depending on the type of vram used, if the card is factory overclocked, etc. The gt 640 can use 2 types of vram gddr3 and gddr5 a card using gddr5 will be faster than a card using gddr3. Don't think you will have to worry about a factory overclock as companies rarely oc entry level cards like the GT 640.

A specific graphics card will work exactly the same in any make or model of motherboard, provided the card and motherboard are totally compatible of course.
