Cyberpower or Build Your Own?

I am about to get a new computer or build one, but I cannot decide which way to go. I was originally planning to build one, however that was going to cost somewhere around 1550 or more possibly. So, I ended up searching for pre built computers and came across the world cup sale on cyberpower where they are offering a very similar computer to the one that I was going to build, but a little bit more than 200 dollars cheaper and comes with liquid cooling for the CPU. I am wondering if I can trust cyberpower to build me a powerful pc, or if the pricing for my parts I scouted are just completely off. I know I would get better performance by building it myself, but the price is so much different and it also comes with liquid cooling for the CPU, so it seems like this may be the best way to go. I am wondering if this deal is good enough to buy a pre built rather than building a computer myself.

Thanks.

P.S. The pc from cyberpower and 8GB less RAM then the one i plan on building myself

Here is the link to the cyberpower pc: http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/World_Cup_Z97-I7

Edit: The monitor from cyberpower is also not as good as the one on my parts list

I would advise you do ANYTHING other than deal with Cyberpower. Worse experience with anything I have ever ordered. They should be banned from using the term customer service. I bought an expensive system from them in May and paid extra to have it ready to ship overnight and for expedited shipping. Immediately was told parts were back ordered x 2 weeks. (NEVER believe any date they give you whether on line or in person....if you can get a person). Cancelled the order and looked around but thought they had exactly what I wanted and the latest i7 came out so I made up my mind to suck it up and wait for my DREAM computer. This was in June. Was advertised online as shipping June 20th. Had learned my lesson about trying to speed things up so was prepared to wait. As soon as they have my money the ship date changes to July1. Not happy but what can you do. July 1 comes and goes, not ready to ship. Finally get the thing on July 11. Does not work. They have NO tech support on weekends so I could not get anyone until Monday July 14. I was on the phone one minute after they opened. I spent the next hour an a half trying to get a human being on the phone. Did I mention that even when I was trying to buy the thing they basically DON"T WANT TO TALK TO YOU. I've never found a sales department more indifferent to dealing with someone who wants to buy their product. Multiple that by 10 if you have a problem with anything. FINALLY I someone in tech support ( and by the way they don't have anyone who handles complaints....tech support also handles those). So the response I got was "something came loose during shipping....you will have to open the case and fix it".......WHAT? If I wanted to work on my own I would have built if from scratch. The other option was send it back for them to fix and reship. I asked for my money back. Well that open a whole new nightmare. You have to have a RMA number before you can send it back. They stall you for at least another 24 hours to get that. "They send them out I batches" (I bet they do) so they can't just give you the number once you've called tech support and established there is a problem. I returned it immediately. And be sure to follow the page of instructions on exactly how it has to be done or they will either not take it back or cut your refund. Also you have to pay your on shipping to return an item that didn't work when it arrived. They received the item on July 23 (according to my shipping company they should have received it on 22nd.) and on to next nightmare. They don't return you money until they inspect and take apart the computer which will be "about 7 days". So 7 days later I call again. You can actually get a human being once you have an RMA number. I am informed it is "7 and can be up to 10 WORKING DAYS". I have finally received my refund today (August 8), two weeks after they received the computer back and it is....you guessed it....less than I paid for it. Add that to paying the shipping to return it and I'm out a couple of hundred dollars and about 6 weeks of aggravation and having my money tied up. Any questions on why I would recommend you NEVER buy from this company. And I haven't even gone into detail on all the times I spent on the phone when they just transferred me from one extension to another without ever getting anything more than "hold on" or just a recorded message. And by the way, the option to leave your number and be called back at your spot in the queue...I'm still waiting for those call back from June.
