GTX 780 + i5-4670k OCED PSU

Solution
You need about a 600w psu.
It is the graphics card that determines your needs. Cpu overclocking is relatively minor.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

Buy only a quality brand like Seasonic or XFX.

Thank you. What would I need if, say, I decided to SLI 2 of these cards?
