It might be, but if you Google the actual CPU (use Speccy or CPU-Z) to find it, then you can look at the website starting with ark.intel.com
for instance (http://ark.intel.com/products/family/79083/Legacy-Intel-Celeron-Processor#@Mobile)
and see. Many of the Celerons seem NOT able to use 64-bit capable.
