I'd say the Z97 MPower (not max) is more than enough, unless you need the wi-fi and possibilities to use water cooling for the VRM heatsink. XPower is just overkill unless you are a hardcore overclocker that will make use of all the features like the V-check points, onboard overclock buttons, CPU de-lid guard, highest quality components for overclocking, etc.

Thank you 6R1M01R3 for your reply but i would like to know this apart from the WATER COOLING and the WIFI what other difference is there between the Mpower MAX AC and the Mpower....
