You asked the owner of the device for the information, if trying to join a network.
I saw your other post as well. What exactly are you trying to do?
If you are trying to setup the device out of the box, you only need to provide the MAS address of the modem side of the device to your ISP so that they will recognize the device as being valid to connect to the network.
On the router side, you will need to set your own wireless security. New devices don't have anything pre-configured for this.
Please clarify your situation.
