Hello!i accidentaly broke some pins on my amd phenom II x4 965 and it couldnt boot..i bought a phenom II x4 955 and it works now but i cant use my external graphics card!:( why is that? Is that problem of PSU maybe?
I also changed motherboard to see if that works but it dont..:pfff:
Then,i bought a graphics card but AGAIN it didnt work.. :fou: i tested the new graphics card to my previous motherboard and it didnt worked again.Any suggestions? :pfff:

oh man, how did you manage to do that? did you check if any of the broken pins are still stuck somewhere that they shouldnt be? is your psu enough for the gpu you bought? relax and go through this troubleshooting list!

what psu do you have. your new gpu consumes less energy than your older one so it should work. make sure you clear cmos and go through the troubleshooting list i have posted.

thats a mediocre psu at best but should be enough for your system. does the psu fan rotate when trying to power on? try the paper clip test to see if its operational.! else try another one. even a 450w with one pcie power cable would suffice.please go through that list.
