Tell us more please. Would you need extra buttons? Then I would recommend the Razer Naga.
If you need just 2 buttons then get the Razer Deathadder 2013.
Another good one is the Ligitech G500.

The best mouse for FPS (First-Person Shooter) games is the Razer Deathadder. It has a high optical dpi and is very accurate. It is built with plastic footing to allow sliding across the table very quickly and smoothly.

If you want the best sensor out there,with a well handled options,then the Logitech G502 proteous core it is!
I use it and to tell you,it is a wonderfully made and has almost perfect sensor.
additional 11 programmable buttons and support for flexibility to suit your ergonomic!

Death adder is also a viable option from the Razer.

In my experience, the extra programmable buttons don't do much in-game. When you're in the middle of a battle, especially in FPS games, you won't have time to think about, find, and click the right button.

A relatively simple mouse that would work is the steelseries sensei.

Since you want it for fps then you should be looking at mice with superior sensors.
The deathadder is good but it has slightly inferior tracking compared to 3310 mice.
The flawless sensor atm is the g502's, if your budget allows it get that one.
Or 3310 mice such as:
Roccat kone pure military
Corsair m45
Zowie fk1
Mionix avior/naos 7000
Steelseries rival(avoid it tho)
