So I'm pretty sure my 120g Kingston SSD has become infected with a virus of some sorts. I can literally refresh windows explorer and watch space left decrease. I had 15gs of free space left about a week ago and 2 days ago I was prompted with a message that said I had no space left. This seemed odd to me as I never put anything onto my SSD because it is my windows drive. I ran anti-virus software and it seems that the windows file rpcss.dll was causing a problem. I looked this up and it had nothing to do with my problem and I wasn't having the problems which come with this virus.
I have already deleted my hibernate and pagefile and run WinDirStat. WinDirStat doesn't pick up what I'm looking for so it's kinda useless at this point. My windows restore points were defaulty disabled so that wasn't it either. Help!
