Pc won't boot up to anything with new graphics card and power supply

I need some advice with my computer because I had just bought a new graphics card and my computer won't boot when it is plugged in.

Try a different PSU.

Remove the GPU and turn it on, if it posts put the GPU back in. Make sure it is properly seating and mounting screws are in, then plug the power cable(s) in. Also, what GPU is it and can we have the rest of the hardware your working with.
