So my problem is that everything has been connected correctly, and to make sure of this I cleanly rebuilt it twice now referring to manuals, videos, pictures, etc... And the monitor will not display anything (detects a source, but no display) when the computer is turned on. Every fan inside is spinning and the green light on the mobo is on as well as the memOK light. I have cleared my CMOS, I have tested the power supply and I have even replaced the mobo (not this one, but previously was the Extreme Rampage IV). I do not hear any beeps with the speaker and I have tried it many times, no beeps are audible. I have placed the graphics card in my other PC and it works just fine. I am positive the monitor works because this is a computer I'm building for someone else so I use these monitors regularly. The only thing I haven't tested in my own PC is the CPU itself because its a LGA 2011 when mine is LGA 1150 so it isn't compatible. I'll most likely be RMAing the CPU, but I'd really like some input on what the problem might be before I do so.

None stayed lit apart from the MemOK LED as far as I'm concerned.

Well there is no LED on next to the memory. The MemOK button is lit thats all, which I read was normal.

Yeah I stated that the GPU was tried in a different build and works without issue. And yeah no trouble LED are lit after POST.

Yeah I have 16 sticks of RAM and they all work correctly, so thats why I've been leaning towards the CPU even though its not so common for it to be DOA.

I've also edited my main post for pictures.

your correct that it is not common but it does happen that CPU's arrive DOA. But since the MB has been changed, the Ram tested, the PSU tested and the GPU tested The only thing left is CPU. It is weird that the CPU led is not lit though, just an after thought. Have you tried a different PSU in the machine? this is the last possible thought I have on this as if it does it with a known good PSU then the CPU is the main issue.

Question, if the PSU powers every led, the GPU, and other peripherals would it still be faulty? Of course I will try out what you have suggested seeing as you've been thorough with your help with me and I truly appreciate that.

Yes it is possible the the 12V, 5V and or the 3.3V output could be weak and cause this to happen. You could always probe the PSU for the voltage but one thing that can't be done by the average person is a amperage test. This is because of the cost of the equipment need for the test.

I tested the PSU with the special feature the Platinum 1200W comes with the the self test and I tested it in my other PC and it works so it really must be the CPU.

Thanks mate for all the help you've provided. I'll just pick up some 90% isopropyl alcohol to clean off the thermal paste tomorrow and I'll RMA the CPU. I really do appreciate the effort you went through to help me.
